As you may be aware, the original celebration of Rob and Jen was cancelled due to the global pandemic; you know the one. If you are reading this, you survived and are re-invited to our new and improved wedding celebration! This event will now take place outdoors at the Mt. Tabor Amphitheater in SE Portland. Rob and Jen ask that guests follow whatever CDC guidelines in July to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone involved. So, when July rolls around and if the CDC or Fauci instruct us to mask-up, please do. We don't need to see your vaccination cards, but if you are not vaccinated and plan to come, please reconsider attending (and reconsider the vaccination). Here is the original announcement, for posterity: Rob and Jen met through a Craigslist Casual Encounters ad entitled "Necrobeastiality Singles" Jen, pretending to be a dead raccoon, had to catfish Rob for a while to convince him to meet up in person. When they had their first date at the Mid County Transfer Station Rob was at first surprised by Jen's neither being genus Procyon nor deceased, but he was intrigued. They soon fell madly in love and are now inseparable, often seen around Portland communicating in their evolving dialect of bird sign language. In their years together Rob and Jen have travelled the universe including a memorable visit to Rob's hometown of Baloukaville on the planet Kepler 22-b. They have dreams of visiting the Duke Lemur Center where you can't touch the lemurs, but they can touch you. Now they're getting married and here is your STD. Or STI, in the parlance of our times.
