Yes, dress code is formal attire. No jeans or sneakers please. For men, they should wear a dark suit with a shirt and tie. Women should wear a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates. Ceremony and reception will take place outside at a meadow where the ground can be uneven, we recommend against wearing stiletto type heels—wedges, block heels, flats, formal dress shoes are encouraged.
This will be a mostly adult wedding. Due to space constraints, we are only able to invite the children of immediate family to our wedding.
Yes. Please navigate to the "Travel" page to access a link to view house rental options and recommended hotels. We highly encourage everyone to book their accommodations ASAP due to this month being peak tourist season.
Yes. We will arrange a shuttle from a few pick-up locations to transport guests to and from the ceremony/reception venue. There are Ubers/Lyft in this area but availability may be limited.
Yes. There is large parking area in front of the ceremony/reception venue if guests choose to drive on their own. Please note that we will also arrange a shuttle service to and from the venue to selected pick-up areas.

Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors in a meadow. The reception area (just a few steps away from the ceremony site) will take place underneath an open-air tent. During this time of year, the weather will likely be very warm and sunny.

Sadly no. They will be at home in Portland OR but we'll find a creative way to incorporate them on our special day :)
July is usually very warm in the Truckee/Tahoe Donner area. Expect temperatures of around 80 degree Fahrenheit but definitely check the weather ahead of time.
