Rob and Honey swiped their way into each other’s hearts in early 2019 where they connected over the important question "Would you rather explore Antarctica or the Maldives"? It was an instant connection. In no time, they were talking daily—sharing stories from their lives and of course sharing many laughs along the way. Their first date was at a swanky cocktail bar in Portland. This was the beginning of many fun dates together bonding over their shared interest of exploring new bars/restaurants in Portland. If there's a new hotspot in town, they'll be there! A few months later, they went on their first weekend trip together in Astoria, OR. A quaint and sleepy fishing town, but they had the time of their lives! Over the years, they continued to create more memories together—highlights include summiting South Sister mountain, family trips to Mexico, Belize and Europe, river rafting in Oregon, horseback riding in Hawaii, Palm Spring getaways, and Lake Tahoe outdoor adventures. In December 2022 Honey, Rob, Rob's three kids (Morgen, Josselin, Jackson) plus their 2 cats (Ajax and Gypsy) all moved in together just outside of Portland OR. Then in October 2023 at the White Rose winery, they got engaged! To help celebrate this next exciting chapter of their lives, they're very excited to have their closest family and friends party with them in North Lake Tahoe. Bring your dancing shoes!
