Shuttle

Shuttle between wedding venue and designated hotel

On the day of the wedding, a shuttle will be provided to take guests to the wedding venue and back to the designated hotel at the end of the evening. All are welcome to park up at the designated hotel to take the shuttle regardless of whether you've booked at the hotel to stay (see hotel details below). Shuttle timings to be confirmed.

Driving to the venue

Parking is available for personal vehicles. Please view the link below for directions to the Lodge at Montfair Resort Farm. You will likely lose cell reception along the way so we recommend keeping an offline copy. If you drive on the day of the wedding, you will drive past the ceremony site to get to the parking lot. You'll have to walk a short ways on a gravel path to get to the ceremony, so plan to get to the venue early. If you need assistance walking up the short hill, please let us know and we can help with this. Due to the nature of the ceremony site, latecomers may be asked to wait until the ceremony has concluded to drive in and join us for the reception, in order not to disturb the ceremony.

Hotel

Designated Hotel - Hyatt Place

A limited number of rooms are available at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis at the Hyatt Place Charlottesville until August 25, 2025. You are welcome to find your own accommodation that suits your preferences, but the designated hotel will also be the meeting point for the shuttle to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. Everyone is welcome to park at the hotel for the shuttle service regardless of whether you are staying there. Charlottesville is very busy in the Fall so we encourage you to book as early as possible!

House Or Rental

AIRBNB OR VRBO

There are several lovely Airbnb and VRBO (Vacation Rental By Owner) options in and around Charlottesville and Crozet. Please note that the shuttle bus home from the venue will be provided only to the designated hotel. Unfortunately, it will be nearly impossible to book rideshare services and taxis directly from the venue, (due to lack of service and isolated location). You can however take the provided shuttle back to designated hotel and catch an rideshare or taxi from there. Uber and Lyft service the Charlottesville area. Charlottesville is very busy in the Fall so we encourage you to book as early as possible!

Charlottesville Albemarle Airport

The Charlottesville Airport is a small regional airport and the closest airport to the venue. 17 minutes from downtown Charlottesville 27 minutes from the venue

Washington Dulles International Airport

This is the largest and most internationally connected nearby airport from our experience flying from the UK to Virginia. 1 hour 52 minutes from downtown Charlottesville 2 hours 9 minutes from the venue
