Sister of the bride, but more than that - her ride-or-die, best friend and for this occasion the Maid of Honour. Marisha and Charmoné have been attached at the hip since Marisha was born and we don't see anyone who deserves to be next to Charmoné on our day, more than Marisha. She may be crazy but at least she's our kind of crazy. We call her a firecracker, try not to find out why.

Jano is Rohan's childhood best friend, roommate, and for this occasion, his Best Man. He’s got a reputation for being a legendary public speaker - so grab a drink and this "half" ironman will show you how it's done.

Bridesmaid

Resident "Energizer Bunny" and a beam of positivity. Living together for four years has changed their relationship from cousin, to sister. In the dark hours of 2AM COVID game nights, high-volume car karaoke, and the struggle of late night coffee fueled cram sessions - this bond was forged. Be warned: If you find yourself playing sports against her, we strongly recommend being on her team to avoid serious injury.

Dewald von Solms

Groomsman

The brother of the groom, and your MC for the night - this is probably where he finds this out as well. Dewald is a sarcastic problem child but a great brother.

Megan Roberts

Guardian of the snacks. Megan will be making sure the bride doesn't go hungry - a "hangry" Roberts is a dangerous one, and Megan and Marisha are no exception (it's a Robert's thing). From family vacations where they ran wild in their childhood complex to fighting waves at the beach, Megan has been there for it all and Charmoné can't be more thankful. Should you find yourself wondering where Megan is, best to check the snack table.

Rohan's childhood best friend, roommate and the person he usually turns to for advice. If you go on a road trip with him, be sure to account a few extra hours for his infamous "princess stops" and tell him you're leaving 30 minutes earlier than you actually are.

Moné Nel

The reigning Queen of the Dance floor. After six years of late night living room and garden dance-offs, Charmoné will be the first to admit that her own skills still haven't come close to Moné's. Full of light, confidence, and personality, Moné is much more than a dance partner. She is a prayer warrior and mentor whose support has been a constant source of strength for Charmoné. Show her your best moves - she'll win.

Bianca du Toit

Bridesmaid

Gentle and sweet, but don't mess with her; she will put you into the naughty corner (contact Joshua Roberts for more details). From check-ins while Charmoné was in pre-primary, Charmoné and Bianca have essentially not stopped talking. Be sure to grab her for a conversation and you'll quickly understand what makes her so special. After a lifetime of friendship, Charmoné couldn't imagine Bianca anywhere else but next to her on her wedding day.

Marike Nel

Marike is everything beautiful, inside and out - a true big sister to Charmoné. She equals Moné in dancing skills and Leandi in Karaoke. Always ready to lend an ear and share some wisdom, even if some of it is truly just "Marike feite" - she always knows what to say. The competitive Nel streak can be pinpointed to Marike - always down for a game, and always ready to win!
