Maid of Honor
Bethany is my oldest friend! We met when we were 5 and played softball together. All through elementary school, middle school, and high school we have always been inseparable. No matter what we are going through individually, if we are speaking, what boy broke our heart, what stupid decision we made, or whatever it is, I can count on Bethany to show up (even when I throw a softball *swear not on purpose* and give her a black eye that makes her 7th grade boyfriend break up her). Where you find one you’ll most likely find the other & I am so blessed to know her and her fam. We have been talking about this moment forever (literally 20 years) and I can’t believe it’s finally happening!
Best Man
Kevin Rose aka dad. This goes with out saying but dad has always been there for me throughout my life and it was only fitting to put him as my best man. He is always willing to help whether it be with your golf game or with some friendly advice. He will always have your best interest at heart regardless of how long he has known you. He has helped me in so many ways and I’m lucky to have him by my side on one of the most important days of my life. PS: If you do decide to ask him about golf be prepared for a long conversation.
Maid of Honor
#laurenandciara met in high school when Lauren transferred to Reynolds. She is SO beautiful & loves Jesus but will tell you like it is! During college Lauren would make frequent trips from Charlotte to visit me at Clemson and on any breaks you could probably find me living at her house. We have had many ups and downs and DRIVE EACH OTHER CRAZY but she has always been my girl even if we haven’t talked in months!! Her and her family mean so much to me and have done so much to help me throughout my time knowing them (cough cough countless speeding tickets & emotional support). Through all of the heart breaks, fights, and all the other things her place and phone line (and her parents’) have always been open.
Best Man
Ben and I have known each other for as long as we can remember. He wasn’t technically a neighborhood kid but he may as well have been. When you’re with Ben I can promise you that you will barely get a word in when trying to talk to him but you will at least know where you stand, so this will be interesting. We may not cheer for the same teams but one thing we have in common is our love for college football.
Bridesmaid
Mackenzie is my very best girl! We quite literally talk 24/7 lol. Mackenzie was mine and Rachel’s neighbor Freshman year in Clemson House. She had the COOLEST room and I remember my mom specifically telling me I need to be friends with her haha. From crying on her bed freshman year (the entire year, yes) to PLANNING WEDDINGS TOGETHER (future Mrs. Pasco) she has always been my backbone, voice of reason, and shoulder to cry on. Who knew the girl down the hall would be such a blessing to me in so many ways & in mine and Dalton’s relationship. Mackenzie is the most loyal person I’ve ever known and I am so lucky to have her as a part of this day (with the guy I met on Hinge that idk if I like him but he went to Clemson so I’ll give it a shot - me on our weekly lunch dates circa 2018).
Groomsman
Austin is my older brother who also happens to be getting married soon. He is always ready to speak his mind and will be quick to help you with anything. He could literally talk to a wall and 9 times out of 10 will believe any story you tell him. He is always down for a drink or doing anything active. PS: more than likely at the wedding you can find him doing some random stretch in the corner at some point.
Bridesmaid
Kristen is Dalton’s sister and the world traveler of the family! She is so fun, funny, smart and successful, and is someone who I truly look up to! I’m so thankful that we have grown closer through the course of mine and Dalton’s relationship. Fun fact: the first time I met Kristen I was TERRIFIED because Dalton informed me that she “hates everyone”. Turns out that is definitely not the case and I’m glad she is now someone that I can ask random questions or vent to lol. It also doesn’t hurt that we love Zo girl (her pup) like our own too! When in doubt you can find Kristen somewhere around the world, at a Clemson game, at someone’s wedding, or taking a sunset pic!
Groomsman
Landon is my Brother In Law. He is the opposite of who I am in every kind of way (minus golf). He loves to talk to people no matter what it is about or who he is talking to but especially loves talking about golf. Thank goodness he has come around to deal with my sister as we all know how stubborn she can be. When in doubt you can find Landon on the golf course or probably attending someone’s wedding on the weekends, unless it’s football season then he’s anywhere the Vols or Tigers are playing.
Bridesmaid
MY LITTLE! Kristen is my little from our time in ZTA in college. Think me personality wise but a little shorter + sass + feistiness and you have Kristen! She is legit the funniest human. She is so awkward and random and also has the best of intentions in all of her friendships. She gives the BEST advice and always makes you feel so loved, included, and pushes you to be a better person! We lost touch for a few years but she will always remain one of my closest friends. She is so social, sweet, loyal, and fun and all of the things you could hope for in a great friend. I’m absolutely thrilled that we found each other again and that she gets to stand by my side!
Groomsman
Manning and I met at Clemson. We first were pledge brothers and then later roommates (what an interesting time). Contrary to him being a groomsman he was actually the last name I learned in our pledge class from our fraternity. The man does not have a serious bone in his body and will always try to cheer you up with a good prank (just ask Connor). He frequently will come up with unique ideas that will keep things interesting so I would say we have our hands full here.
Bridesmaid
Little Mckenna! I met Mckenna in middle school (or maybe elementary school I don’t even know lol). We cheered together all through school and she has the sweetest and purest soul. I would pay big money to have our college winter break wine nights again (even if I’m allergic to cats and take benedryll before). I don’t think I could even count the amount of times her and her sweet momma Ashley have given me advice! To know Mckenna is to love her and EVERYONE does! Although so sweet she has a little kick of sass to her and she is soooo funny. If you ever need an encourager YOU NEED MCKENNA! So blessed to have had her in my life for so long!
Groomsman
Connor and I first met when he decided to be our pledge class president and let’s just say I think he regretted that decision quickly. He will always be ready to tell you about anything to do with your body whether you asked or not and in the most scientific way possible. He is always quick to help and ask questions later. He also may be the only person who likes dogs more than I do. Connor, Manning, and I were also roommates and those were the most interesting days of my life to say the least. Connor is a walking encyclopedia so odds are if you have a random question of any kind he can probably tell you the answer within seconds.
Bridesmaid
Oh goodness where do I start! Rachel was my freshman year roommate in Clemson House. I’m pretty sure we have had the most dramatic and ultimate ups and downs haha. We met on Twitter because everyone used #clemson18 to find their roomie on twitter hahaha. We share a mutual love for Clemson football & country concerts and a mutual hatred of people and large social events hahaha. She has also seen me in the roughest of rough spots and supported me when I needed and also told me no when I needed to hear it (even if I didn’t want). We have shared so many tears and laughs and I wouldn’t have our relationship any other way! If you’re getting Rachel you know you’re getting a lover and I love that about her!
Groomsman
Patrick and I have known each other our entire lives. We both grew up in Beacon Knoll where we spent countless days running around playing sports, having fun, or any other random activity we could come up with. He and I are similar in the fact that we like people but we also like our privacy. Patrick has been a very loyal friend to me and I’m glad he has been there through it all.
Bridesmaid
Oh my sweet Kaylin! Kaylin was my senior year roomie in 97 Calhoun. When I tell y’all she is the cutest sweetest little southern princess I mean it!!! Not only does she have the sweetest soul but she is HILARIOUS! We have so many sweet fun memories from that short semester in that house but I wouldn’t trade them for anything. Plus her and her boyfriend Austin are legit the cutest human beings in the universe and the ultimate *imaginary* mom & dad. She was always my go to relationship advice girl in college because she had been throughhhhh it. I’m so excited to have her stand by my side (after all she has seen me go through lol).
Groomsman
Matt was a part of our crew growing up in Beacon Knoll. The first time we met, he had just moved to the neighborhood and my mom MADE me go over and hang out and we have been friends ever since. He taught me how to be patient because if you know him or his brother you know they run on “Quill time” and are always late. He played lacrosse in college but that’s the only sport I’ll admit he can beat me at.
Bridesmaid
My girl Carlee! Carlee was one of the other roomies in 97 Calhoun (hi Mary Ann ily so much and wish you weren’t so far). Carlee ALWAYS tells the truth to you when you need it (& also to your stalkers *iykyk* if you need that too). She constantly made me laugh with her sarcasm and she is the most comfortable person to be around yet equally as awkward as me. Thank goodness for random roomies (and her transferring to Clemson) because I couldn’t imagine my life without her! ~if only my hoodie vine kid days could see us now~
Groomsman
Garrett was actually the first person I met growing up in Beacon Knoll. He always teamed up with me to try and take on the other kids in the neighborhood in everything, whether it was football or rock wars. He went to the University of South Carolina, which I won’t hold against him. He is always open to trying new things and always has an open mind. You can generally find us during the week at the old BK stomping grounds playing basketball together.
