Am I allowed to bring a plus 1??

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to your name “and guest” or “and family” then you are allowed to bring a guest. We do have a higher guest count and in order to provide food & alcohol for all of our loved ones we ask that if your invitation didn’t specifically indicate a guest that you not bring one. Anyone who attends the wedding that was not indicated on the invitation will not have a seat and will not be served a meal. If you have any questions please reach out to us!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While anyone that knows me (Ciara) knows I love alllllll the babies. We ask that in order to minimize distractions during the ceremony and to give you a night off that you leave the little ones at home. However with our wedding being out of town for most folks, if you are unable to find a babysitter please reach out to us!

Soooo what if COVID is still a thing?

Answer

We are praying that COVID is over by July but in the event it is not our wedding will still go on, just at a reduced capacity. Our venue is completely open air and allows plenty of room for social distancing throughout the property. If you feel uncomfortable you can always keep your mask handy as well & we will have hand sanitizer scattered about the reception area!

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

YES! There will be a seating chart posted in the reception area and we ask that you please find your seat and table! This is how we will release tables to get their food during the reception and why it’s important to only bring the guests listed on your invitation so that everyone has a seat! We promise we have put a ton of time into this to make sure everyone enjoys their dinner and company!

How will you all deal with the Charleston July heat??

Answer

We have made individual paddle fans for each guest to use during the ceremony and throughout the night if you choose. The ceremony area is completely shaded and in addition, we have chosen to have an evening ceremony so that there is less time spent in the sun. Our reception is under a tent with mounted fans so that will keep it as cool as possible under there. We are completely aware of how hot it will be and are doing our best to accommodate all of our guests, we hope you understand!

But what will I wear?????

Answer

We ask that you dress in your best cocktail attire! Ultimately we want you to be comfortable so keep in mind the humidity & July heat when choosing your outfit!

Where are you guys registered??

Answer

Our Zola registry is a comprehensive list of all of our registries & funds but you can also find our individual registries on Amazon, Wayfair, and Target!

What’s the food and bar situation?

Answer

We will have a full open bar with beer, wine, and liquor throughout the night and we ask that if able you tip the wonderful bartenders! As far as food goes we will have passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and a food truck during the reception for your choice of 2 additional entrees! When it comes to dessert, we have a special refreshing surprise :)

Do you have any hotel blocks set up with discounted rates?

Answer

Yes! Since almost all of our guests will have to travel we have set up multiple hotel blocks with discounted rates. Please visit the accommodations tab of our website for more information on hotels of all price points! Additionally, Airbnb is always a great option :)

What if I have a little too much to drink and can’t drive home?

Answer

You are more than welcome to leave your cars on the property overnight as long as you pick them up by 12 the next day! We want you to have a fun time so if you choose not to Uber there don’t worry about how you’re gonna get your car home!

Ceremony: 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm Cocktail Hour: 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm Reception: 6:30 pm - 10:50 pm Sparkler Send Off for Mr. & Mrs. Dalton Rose: 10:50 pm - 11:00 pm
