Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center

We’ve reserved a room block at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center for our guests at a discounted group rate. Less than a mile away are restaurants such as La Loma, Ocean Prime, Enso Sushi, Pancake House, Starbucks & more. For guests staying at the hotel, this will be the main hub for the weekend. Buses will pick up and drop off here for the welcome party and the wedding, so staying here makes everything easy (no driving or parking required)! We’ll also be heading back here following the wedding reception - to keep the celebration going at the after-party! Be sure to book using our group link before rooms fill up - reservations must be made by 3:00 PM on July 28, 2026. We can’t wait to spend the weekend together!

Flight

Denver International Airport

The easiest airport to fly into is Denver International Airport (DIA). From there, you can rent a car or take an Uber/Lyft to the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center - the drive is about 30–40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you’re at the hotel, transportation will be provided for hotel guests - to and from the welcome party and wedding, so you won’t need to worry about driving during the festivities!

Travel Note

Welcome Party Transportation

If you plan to attend the welcome party, hotel guests will need to arrive at the hotel earlier on Friday - as buses will be departing at 5:00 PM sharp. If you are not staying at the hotel and require rideshare information (for this rural venue), please refer to the Guest Information section of this website.
