We have a room block at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center at a discounted rate. For hotel guests, this will be the main hub for our wedding weekend. Please Note: The biggest perk of staying at the hotel is included transportation. Buses will pick up and drop off hotel guests, for all wedding events. Great for Out-Of-Towners or a Staycation! **For liability reasons, the Hyatt is unable to accommodate non-hotel guests on the buses to and from the venues. Non-hotel guests, please refer below to "Are Ubers Available at the Venues" as they will not be & your transportation will require some pre-planning.
Please reserve your room by 3:00 PM on July 28, 2026 to receive the group rate.
Denver International Airport (DIA) is the easiest option. The hotel is about a 30–40 minute drive from the airport. If you will be taking a rideshare straight from DIA to the Welcome Party (9841 N Rampart Range Road, Littleton, CO 80125 - 6:00 PM Fri), your travel time will be closer to 60 minutes depending on traffic. Please keep in mind that hotel guests will have round-trip bus transportation included (departing the hotel at 5:00 PM for Welcome Party). **Not staying at hotel? Please pre-schedule rideshare/private driver (especially for Haarberg Ranch pickup at 9PM)**
If you stay at the hotel, transportation is provided to and from all wedding events. **Not staying at the hotel? Rental car, rideshare or sharing a private driver are the best options.**
If you are a hotel guest planning to attend the welcome party, please be at the hotel around 4:30 PM as buses will depart for Haarberg Ranch promptly at 5:00 PM. **For non-hotel guests, please be aware that the welcome party venue is at Haarberg Ranch (9841 N Rampart Range Road, Littleton, CO 80125). Non-hotel guests having cocktails this evening are highly encouraged to use rideshare/private drivers & please pre-schedule your pickup from Haarberg Ranch for 9:00 PM.**
Yes! One of the main perks of staying at the hotel is that buses will transport hotel guests to and from the Fri Welcome Party (Haarberg Ranch) and the Sat Wedding Ceremony/Reception (Spruce Mountain Ranch). **For liability reasons, the Hyatt is unable to accommodate non-hotel guests on the buses to and from the venues. Non-hotel guests, please refer below to "Are Ubers Available at the Venues" as they will not be & your transportation will require some pre-planning.
Yes — ample parking at both venues for guests who choose to drive. Due to the rural locations of these events, non-hotel guests enjoying cocktails are encouraged to use rideshare/private drivers with pre-scheduled pickups at 9:00 PM on Fri night (from Haarberg Ranch) & 11:00 PM or before on Sat night (from Spruce Mountain Ranch).
NO — Ubers & other rideshares will likely be unavailable/delayed for spontaneously-booked pickups from the venues. Although Colorado is our home and this is not a destination wedding, we want to make sure everyone understands these venues are in somewhat rural locations. **Rideshares or Private Drivers (especially for the end-of-night pickups) should be pre-arranged/pre-booked by guests not staying at the hotel. Please book Friday night's pickup from Haarberg Ranch for 9:00pm and Saturday night's pickup from Spruce Mountain Ranch for 11:00 pm or before.** We'd love for everyone to stay at the hotel & use Hyatt transportation, but if that does not work, please pre-schedule rideshares in advance. Teaming up with other wedding guests to share a private driver is another option.
The celebration continues back at the hotel (Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center) following the Wedding Reception (around 11:30 PM - 2AM)!
The Friday welcome party will have a chic Western ranch vibe — stylish and elevated. Think boots, hats, dresses or polished denim, and refined Western details (fringe, leather, statement pieces). Dressy and fashion-forward is encouraged! Additional attire details and inspiration will be shared in the "Photos" section of this website closer to the wedding.
Black Tie Optional — we are leaning formal and would love for everyone to dress up for the occasion. Tuxedo or suit for men and long dresses for women. Additional attire details and inspiration will be shared in the "Photos" section of this website closer to the wedding.
Yes - certain parts of our wedding weekend will take place outdoors. The welcome party will be held primarily outdoors; the wedding ceremony & cocktail hour are planned for outside (with an indoor backup), and the wedding reception will be primarily indoors.
Absolutely — heels are welcome! Just note that our actual wedding ceremony will be on grass.
Yes! Evenings cool down quickly in Colorado after sunset, so we recommend bringing a wrap or light jacket.
Late August in Colorado is beautiful but can vary throughout the day. Expect warm sunshine during the day (70s–80s) and cooler evenings once the sun sets (50s–60s).
YES PLEASE! We kindly ask that guests put phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We promise our photographer will capture everything, and we want everyone fully present in the moment!
We love your little ones! However, our wedding events will be adults-only unless your invitation specifies otherwise.
Your invitation will indicate whether a guest has been reserved in your honor.
We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but we’re only able to host those included on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding as we finalize plans.
Please include any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can accommodate you! Once you receive your invitation in the mail, please note dietary restrictions on the back of your RSVP card before you mail it back.
