Welcome Party

The welcome party will have a chic Western ranch vibe — elevated yet relaxed. Boots, hats, dresses or tailored denim, and refined Western details are encouraged for this primarily outdoor celebration.
We’ll be kicking off the weekend with an outdoor evening at the ranch — cocktails, casual bites, and time to mingle. Expect a relaxed, open-air setting surrounded by beautiful scenery and a true Colorado ranch atmosphere. Bus transportation for guests staying at the hotel will depart for the ranch promptly at 5:00 PM. Wedding Ceremony

The wedding attire is Black Tie Optional — elevated and formal. Suits or tuxedos for men and floor-length dresses for women. Think classic elegance suited for an indoor/outdoor ranch setting.
If you are not staying at the hotel and need rideshare information for this rural location (36 miles south of the Denver Tech Center), please refer to the Guest Information section of this website. Bus transportation for guests staying at the hotel will depart for Spruce Mountain promptly at 2:30 PM. All guests are encouraged to arrive early and be seated before the ceremony begins.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm
Join us after the ceremony for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and time to mingle. Enjoy the scenery and settle in for the evening ahead. Guests will then be invited to dinner.
Dinner & Reception
6:00 pm
Toasts & dancing will follow our family-style, Italian wedding dinner. We will be celebrating late into the evening — so please come ready for a wonderful night together.
After Party

Buses for all hotel guests will depart Spruce Mountain Ranch around 11:00 PM — to return to the hotel. There, the after-party will continue with late-night bites and a final nightcap for those who wish to keep the evening going. Guests not staying at the hotel are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation in advance — though we warmly welcome you to join the after-party. Please refer to the Guest Information section of this website regarding transportation suggestions.
