Please RSVP by July 6th. Formal invitations will be sent out in March.
The welcome party the night before the wedding will be limited to canned beer/wine only but the wedding will have an open bar available for the duration of the event.
Yes! We would love to see your kids at the wedding! If your child's name is not listed on your formal invitation/RSVP, please let Riley or Dirk know so we can make sure they are accounted for.
The venue is just under 8000ft of elevation so our friends coming from sea level may feel a difference. Most guests won’t have any issues but we suggest staying hydrated, pacing yourself, and enjoying cocktails in moderation (at least on the first day). Unfortunately, altitude sickness has nothing to do with physical fitness and can impact everyone differently. If you are sensitive to altitude arriving a day early can help you acclimate!
Colorado weather can be a little unpredictable but is generally sunny and mild in early September. Temperatures during the day can be in the high 60's- low 80's with night-time temperatures falling into the 40's. Remember that Colorado is dry and tends to feel a little warmer than the listed temperature during the day but dress accordingly for cool nights. Weather permitting, dancing will be held on a covered patio outside during the reception.
We are requesting that guests dress semi-formal for the wedding. Dresses or dressy separates are perfect, and suits or dress shirts with slacks work well. Think dressy but relaxed—cocktail attire or a suit is great, no black tie required. Please note that there is a bit of a walk to the ceremony space and the terrain is uneven in areas so heels are not recommended. Do not hesitate to reach out to Riley or Dirk if you have any questions!
Weather permitting, a majority of the wedding activities will be held outdoors. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing are all planned to be outdoors with dinner happening inside of a reception space.
