Lyons, CO is a small town & takes 30-45 minutes to book cabs/ Lyft/ Uber so we highly recommend staying in Boulder and taking the provided transportation to the venue. Shuttle service to / from Boulder to Lionscrest Manor will be provided from Hilton Embassy Suites Boulder. Please RSVP if you plan to take the shuttle. DEPARTING TO VENUE Both Shuttles: 3:50 PM DEPARTING TO HOTEL First Shuttle: 10:00 PM Last Shuttle: 11:30 PM

DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Getting to Denver: - There is a train from the airport to Downtown Denver Union Station that takes about 40 minutes and costs ~$11 - Lyft/ Uber: Rides from DIA to Downtown Denver Union Station typically cost ~$40 each way & 40 minutes with no traffic Getting to Boulder (~40 miles or 1 hour) - Lyft/ Uber: Rides from DIA to Boulder typically cost ~$70 each way - Rental Cars: There are lots of rental car options at DIA. There is a shuttle that takes you to an off-site lot to grab your vehicle. - Shuttle Service: Eight Black Airport Shuttle is the cheapest option to get from DIA to Boulder and costs ~$30 and offers hourly shuttles to the Boulder area.

Hilton Embassy Suites is 1 mile from Pearl Street Mall and is close to other restaurants nearby. We have a room block at this hotel for the rate of $259 / night + tax and fees, with a discounted rate of $16 / night parking. This is the to / from Lionscrest shuttle stop. To take advantage of the room block, you must book your reservations by July 11, 2023. and can use the direct link included here to see the rate. Complimentary Made to Order Full Breakfast Buffet Daily Complimentary Evening Reception from 5pm till 6:30pm daily 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool (located in Embassy Suites Boulder) If you would like to extend your stay and the rates are not available online for the days you are looking for, just make a reservation normally. Then e-mail the hotel with your confirmation number and they can extend it manually. This may change as the date gets closer as availability will be lower.

There are many rental house options available in Boulder which may be more your style. You can still meet-up to take the shuttle service provided. Please let us know if you are not staying in the hotel block but would like to use the shuttle. To be in the heart of everything, we recommend staying in Central Boulder (near Pearl Street is the most walkable). We do not recommend staying on “The Hill/ University Hill” or South East near Campus as it will have a young undergrad student vibe (but who knows, maybe you want to kick it back to the college days).
