Wedding Ceremony

This event is semi-formal and outdoors in the Council Ring.
This is the actual marriage ceremony, located in the Council Ring (#22 on the Camp Puh’tok map). It is a little ways past the Pioneer Village (#11-15), but there will be signage around the area to help direct you to the appropriate location. Please park in the lots nearby the Camp Office. To get there, simply follow the road into the venue from the Main Entrance and, at the intersection at the bottom of the hill, follow the road to the RIGHT. If you are arriving by the hotel shuttles (either a Sprinter Van or SUV), you should arrive just outside the Camp Office. For those in need, there will be 2 golf carts to help shuttle guests to the Council Ring. When you arrive at the Ring, please pick a seat anywhere in the stands!
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

This event is semi-formal and outdoors on a paved surface.
This event will be held outside of the Trading Post (#17 on the Camp Puh'tok map). This location can be found along the path through the Pioneer Village (#11-15). It will be opposite the last cabin as you approach from the Council Ring towards the Pioneer Cabins. You should see wine barrels and picnic tables. For bar service, please visit the Trading Post itself! Additionally, there will be a chips and salsa bar featuring several of Papi’s Tacos salsas as well as some quesadillas.
Wedding Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This event is semi-formal and indoors.
This event will be held in the Thunderbird Lodge (#18 on the Camp Puh'tok map). This location can be found just past the Trading Post (#17). If you are looking for your seat, please look for the hearthstone rocks (with a blue swirl) located outside of the lodge. You should have one with your name on it! A taco buffet dinner provided by Papi’s Tacos will be served promptly at 6:25pm after the first dance.
After Party

This event is casual and pajama-friendly.
Once the reception has concluded at 10pm, the amplified music must be shut down -- BUT the party doesn't have to stop there! If you'd like to join us around the campfires, we will be sharing late-night snacks and quality time by the bonfires in our pajamas.

This event is casual and pajama friendly.
There will be some light refreshments and brunch foods available in the Hacienda, (#4 on the Camp Puh’tok map), located up the hill and to the right on the main road as you pass the Office (#10). Parking is available both across from the Hacienda and at the bottom of the hill across from the Office. We're so glad we got to celebrate our union with our close friends and family! Thank you for coming!
