BYO Beach Barbecue

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Attire: If you have to ask, you'll never know.

For the official opening night, we wanted to kick it off with one of our favorite traditions: one big ol' lawn BBQ. You have grills at each of the cottages, but you will need charcoal. There are big picnic tables at each cottage as well. We won't be providing dinner for the evening, so everyone should plan to cook (or, if you prefer, TAKEOUT - see "Eating & Drinking" for ideas) with their cabin.

Drive-In Movie Night

9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: It gets cool at night, so think sweats. Bring a blanket, a pillow, and a cuddle buddy.

One of our favorite traditions on the Cape is visiting the Drive-In movie theater, but alas, they wouldn't let us rent it out. We wanted to bring that home to Kalmar with us, so we're setting up a big blow-up screen and projector right on the lawn. In the event of rain, we’ll move the movie under the biga$$ wedding tent.

Midnight Dune Boogie

Attire: Comfy clothes you aren't afraid to climb up sandy dunes / roll down sandy dunes in.

We will leave for the Dunes from Kalmar Village - so, please meet at the archway of the Village to get into carpools. Please don't try to meet us there - you will get lost in the dark! The first leg of this hike can be intense - but it is worth the climb when you get there and see the stars. This is our most special place!

A Good Old Fashioned Beach Day

10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Attire: Beach chic. Bring a beach towel, and a chair if you'd like!

If you have a car, please plan to drive to the beach with as many people as you can fit! If you'd like to ride a bike, we will be leading a crew from Kalmar Village at 10:00AM to the beach via a trail (it's medium-intensity; Kevin made it, so it can't be so bad). You can rent a bike in town or bring your own. Either way, get ready for several beach-tivities. NOTES: - Bring beach towels and chairs. - Parking is $20, so try to cram in as many folks as you can in a car. - If it rains (which it won’t DAMMIT), we’ll plan for a day in town on an epic Bar Crawl and hike to the top of the Pilgrim Tower.

Drag Queen Karaoke

Please meet us at the Governor Bradford in Provincetown for an epic evening of perfect and terrible karaoke. Arrive early if you want to sing to get yourself on the list - it’s first come first serve, and there’s always a line of basic bitches ready to pounce. This is one of the best live shows in town.

Cocktail Hour+1/2

4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Attire: See Ceremony - add loosening of the ties.

Kevin Denton does not like to leave anybody thirsty - as you will see throughout the wedding weekend. That said - why not formally dedicate an oversized chunk of time to good old-fashioned boozing? No better time to celebrate than the present.

Dinner + Dancin'

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: See Ceremony, add necktie headbands.

We've got our dear friend, chef Johnny Mac, whipping up the wedding menu of our dreams. We've got the one-and-only DJ Killer Bee on the ones and twos. We've got a surprise band or twelve to serenade you into the sunset and beyond. We will feast. We will dance. We will wake Zach up when he falls asleep, and then we will Horah.

Beach Bonfire

Attire: Slip out of your ceremony threads and put on something cozy and warm. Grab a blanket from your cabin!

You haven't lived if you haven't experienced a Kristian Rex-led singalong bonfire party. Bring a tune, a guitar, a drum, a maraca, or don't bring anything at all. We will love you just the same.
