It all started in August during the year of COVID (2020). Rexanna was a full-time doctoral student trying to navigate her way through online classes and working on a research assistantship at LSU. Dylan had recently graduated from LSU and was struggling to find a job. The stars aligned and these two met on a whim. She was stressed. He brought her cookies.
