Teder Is open every evening from 7 pm till late, except for Fridays and Saturdays when its more lively with various events and pop ups. We love to get the night started here. Its almost an indoor/outdoor beer garden with some dancing rooms on select nights. Teder gets bonus points for amazing pizza and a hidden wine shop in the back.
Cool and vibrant spot in a back garden for drinks and casual food. We recommend to make the most out of the 30% happy hour on the whole menu until 20:00. If there is no space in the garden, the atmosphere inside is cool too, more dark with loud music
Probably Reut's favourite place to go and people watch. Wine store turned wine bar, here you can find a great selection of wines at a reasonable price, just pay the corking fee! We highly recommend the leek quiche!
Bar inside Shook Hacarmel, super Israeli hangout place. Pro tip: When in Israel, one of our more popular liquors is "Arak" which is similar to Ouzo. Try this with grapefruit juice, you will not be disappointed!
One of our favourite restaurants in Tel Aviv. The atmosphere, food, drinks and service are all great here. We recommend to make a reservation beforehand but if you weren't able to, the reserve a section for walk-ins which can range from 15-45 mins wait time. Grab a bottle of wine and drink it in the garden area until your table is ready, worth it, we promise.
Greek style tapas restaurant nestled in the streets of Florentine, with amazing seafood, try to reserve a spot!
Our favourite Israeli street food spot. Ariel loves the shawarma and Reut loves the sabih (Fried eggplant, potato, boiled egg and salads - sounds weird but it is so amazing).
Casual, hippie and super Tel Avivian. Very simple ingredients but amazing flavours with great atmosphere. One thing we will note - service sucks lol. They dont take reservations but if you find yourself waiting a long time we recommend grabbing a drink and waiting on the steps on the side.
Our favourite pizza in the city. No explanation needed for pizza.
Carmel Market is Tel Aviv’s largest market and is filled to the brim with spices, fabrics, fresh produce, restaurants and bars. It’s especially lively on Friday so get there early and enjoy the balagan (mess in Hebrew, you'll hear this word often here) 🙂
One of the oldest cities in the Mediterranean basin, the Old City of Jaffa stands on a cliff that protrudes from the water, puncturing the Tel Aviv skyline. The range of attractions in Old Jaffa is vast, from mosques and churches to ancient clock towers; wishing bridges; sculptures; yoga classes; museums; galleries; trendy restaurants and bars. Located in the old city of Jaffa there is also a bustling flea market with old antiques and vintage treasures. Also located in Jaffa is the port of Jaffa which is a great place for catching the sunset with a bottle of wine.
Nothing beats walking – or cycling – along the seaside promenade, breathing in the fresh, salty air of the Mediterranean. With Old Jaffa stamping the horizon to the south and the city’s skyscrapers to the north, it’s no wonder the Tel Aviv boardwalk is considered one of the world’s most beautiful. Sit on a bench and watch Tel Aviv life unfold before your eyes with beach-goers, paddle players and joggers doing their thing while the sounds of the waves gently crash on the shore.
