Colorado has a lot of little airports, however Denver International Airport (DIA) is the easiest and cheapest to fly into for domestic flights. DIA is a little over 75 miles (around 1.5 hours) to Estes Park.

When the individual reservation is made by a guest, the guest’s credit card will be charged for their entire reservation at the time of booking. The individual guest will have until April 21, 2026 to cancel. Individual reservations cancelled prior to April 21, 2026 will be refunded. Individual reservations cancelled after April 21, 2026 will be non-refundable. Reservation requests received after April 21, 2026 will not be eligible for the group discount. The rate for consecutive nights before and after the block date will be 7% off the standard rate. Breakfast is included in the rate. Best Western is NOT pet friendly. Onsite Lodging: On property, Black Canyon Inn has a mix of 26 condos (1bd, 2bd and 3bd) and 14 hotel suites that can be reserved. These units are individually owned, VRBO style, and are booked on a first come first reserve basis. Availability can be found on their website. Guests are able to book directly online or by calling the lodging office at 970-586-8113. They are not able to offer room blocks but do provide a wedding guest discount code.
