When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 14th, 2019. Miss the deadline because you set the invitation on the coffee table, only to pile more mail on top of it, then forgot it was there for a month? Totally cool. Call, text, email, smoke signal to let us know you will be attending! You can also RSVP right here on our wedding website. But, we ask that you please use the RSVP card. It just makes life easier for us. Thanks!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be scheduled to start at 3:00pm on the third floor of Buell Mansion. We would like you to have ample time to have a drink and head up to the ceremony hall. Due to the age of the mansion, the elevator will be reserved only for those who are unable to use the stairs.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests to dress in cocktail attire. We want you to be comfortable but ask that you leave the jeans at home. Yes, even the nice ones that are only for special occasions. Wait, am I the only one who has those?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We love that you really like that person you met on Tinder two days ago, but our space is very limited. If your invitation did not specify another person, please do not bring one. They will get very cold, and probably angry, waiting for you in the car. Do you really want your Tinder date cold, angry and alone in your car? Probably not.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love you and we love your children, however, we have very limited space and this will be more of an adult celebration. The children in our families will be the only children invited so we ask you to please take this as an opportunity to take a night off from the kiddos.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please specify in the RSVP. If you forget to put it down, just send us a text, email, phone call or homing pigeon! We will make sure our caterer knows and you are taken care of. Appetizers during cocktail hour will be at your discretion.

Question

There’s never enough food at weddings, should I eat before I come?

Answer

Gugh!! We hate that!! But have no fear, there will be a lot of food. We will have a wide selection of hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and the plates will have plentiful portions. All followed by multiple dessert options. If you are still hungry after all of that, please ask our wonderful caterers for a snack!
