FAQs

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so we hope for plenty of sunshine. Please dress comfortably for the weather, stay hydrated, and don’t forget to bring sunglasses to keep the sun out of your eyes.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing it all for us! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be clearly stated in the subject line of your email invitation. Otherwise, we kindly ask that only the named guests attend. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

As we celebrate in beautiful Italy, we ask that guests dress in black-tie attire. This means floor-length gowns for women and suits or tuxedos for men. We kindly request that men wear closed-toe shoes, long pants (no jeans), and a suit jacket. We also encourage you to embrace color and have fun with your look!

Question

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation for our guests to the venue—more details will be shared soon, so please check our website for updates!

Question

What are travel essentials I should bring?

Answer

We recommend bringing a few travel essentials to make your trip to Italy as smooth as possible. A travel adapter is a must for charging your electronics (you can search “Italy travel plug” on Amazon), as Italy uses Type L outlets. Packing a clear bag for your toiletries will help you get through airport security with ease. Lastly, be sure to bring comfortable walking shoes, as you’ll be exploring beautiful cities and historic sites throughout your stay!

Question

What is the most important information to check on my passport?

Answer

Before traveling to Italy, please check your passport’s expiration date, as most European Union countries require it to be valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date. If your passport needs renewal, be sure to plan ahead—current processing times range from 4 to 6 weeks. Ensuring your passport is up to date will help avoid any last-minute travel issues.
