Transportation from Florence to Borgo Petrognano will depart promptly at 2:30 PM from Firenze - Via Vecchietti, Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore. Please be sure to arrive on time! A Greyhound bus will be provided for the trip. Tuscan Summer Casual: Summer dresses, linen shirts, flowy skirts, and sandals. Relaxed yet put-together for a Tuscany evening. Feel free to bring a swimsuit if you want to swim!
Join us for a relaxed evening of delicious pizza and wine as we kick off the celebrations! This is the perfect chance to mingle, unwind, and meet other guests before the big day, all while enjoying the beautiful surroundings with friends and family. Bring your swimsuit if you’d like to take a swim while you’re here! Transportation will be arranged to take offsite guests to Borgo di Cortefreda between 8:00 and 8:30 PM after the Welcome Party.

Swim, relax, and socialize at your leisure. Optional activities such as a pasta-making class and wine tastings (€100 + tip) will be available. Please RSVP by July 30th if you would like to join. Offsite guests are welcome to bring a change of clothes for the rehearsal dinner and get ready at the Borgo. Full-day transportation will be available to take guests to and from Borgo Petrognano and their hotels, running from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

European Summer Black Tie: We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit with a tie/bow-tie, and women wear gowns. Feel free to get creative with colors, and styles - please note, our bridesmaid will be in yellow!
Transportation will pick up guests from Borgo di Cortefreda around 4:30–4:45 PM to take to Borgo Petrognano. Return transportation for offsite guests will be available from 11:30 PM – 2:00 AM.

We have arranged an additional 50-person Greyhound bus to take everyone from the Borgo to Florence. Departure from Borgo Petrognano will be promptly at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 4th, with drop-off at Firenze - Via Vecchietti, Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore in Florence. For offsite guests wishing to ride back to Florence, please arrange your own transportation to Borgo Petrognano by 10:00 AM Thursday morning if you would like to take advantage of this bus. Thank you!
