If spring is in the air, the cherry blossoms on the waterfront may be in bloom! Wait in line at Salt 'n Straw to try weird and delicious ice cream flavors. And if you're lucky, you just might see a man dressed as Darth Vader in a kilt, riding a unicycle while playing the bagpipes - a Portland treasure.
