The following photos are more or less chronological, but not this one! It was taken an at a very special celebration in Oregon this past September.

Julian and Rebecca officially met on March 30th, 2019. We think this is the first photo we ever took together, some time that summer!

Our first trip together in 2019 to Dresden.

New Year's Eve together to ring in a new year full of surprises!

We made the best out of the weirdest year of our lives,

and in January 2021 we moved in to our new home together.

We tried our hand at some home improvement and art projects.

In the spring of 2021, Ta'veren "Tavo" Hostmann Peterson-Perry joined our family

and Rebecca finally became a cat-mama.

Julian quickly fell into his role as cat-dad, as well.

We enjoy visiting friends in different cities,

going to the beach,

and being outside rain, shine or snow.

We love going out dancing! And wearing glitter on occasion.

We believe in celebrating every chance we get!

In 2022, we finally took a long-delayed trip to the States together! Life had gotten in the way for 2 years, so we decided to live it up, quit our mediocre jobs, and make it a trip to remember!

We started off in NYC and Washington DC, visiting friends, seeing sights, and going to museums.

Then we went down to live the good life in Mexico, where Julian met Rebecca's parents for the first time!

Cenotes were a big hit.

We went to Portland and Julian met the rest of Rebecca's family, and got to see where she grew up, and her favorite view in the world - the lake and mountains at Mitigwa.

No first visit to Portland is complete without a trip to Multnomah Falls!

We then began an incredible 3-week van roadtrip, starting down the Oregon coastline.

Snow-shoeing up to Crater Lake was a true highlight.

Then we headed to Seattle for a beautiful celebration of love! Julian got to meet one side of Rebecca's family here.

We finished our US tour with a trip to the Bay Area for another special event, where Julian met the other side of Rebecca's family.

We flew back to Germany, where Julian finally got to share his passion for longer bike tours with Rebecca on this 3 week bike-camping trip!

After Julian met ALL of Rebecca's family & US friends, spending every second together for 4 months, including in very close confines... we decided we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together!

On June 17th, 2023, we got married under this tree!

"I do."

A bicycle built for 2! Our friends wanted to surprise us with a wedding cake and they blew us away!

We danced through the short midsummer night!
