Flight
This small airport is right outside of the city of Rochester. You can reach Pittsford in 20 minutes and the reception venue in 9 minutes. This will place most hotels a maximum of 15 minutes away! *Disclaimer, the Buffalo NY airport is about an hour away and sometimes offers cheaper flights!

This hotel is about 8 minutes from the reception venue, about 15 minutes from the ceremony venue, and 6 minutes from the Rochester International Airport (ROC). There are 25 King rooms and 25 double rooms available at the rate of $125 per night. If you want to book a room in the block call the hotel number and give the name Vaules-Philbin Wedding (ask for the general manager if you need help finding the reservation). The rooms are blocked off for July 26th and 27th. If you want a room in the block they need to be reserved before June 15th, after that the rooms will be released.
Travel Note
The church has limited free street parking nearby. There is a free parking lot behind the Pittsford Public Library with several spaces, about a 7 minute walk from the church. The reception venue has a free lot that is open for parking. Cars can be left overnight and picked up around 10:00 am the next morning if necessary.
