Element Denver Park Meadows

We have blocked rooms at the Element Denver Park Meadows. Please use the link below to book through our block and receive the group rate! This hotel is right by Park Meadows mall, just south of E-470, which is the highway used to access our venue. The Park Meadows area offers many great options for dining/restaurants, shopping, access to major highways to head out to any of the suggested activities on our "Things to Do" page.

Travel Note

Air BnB or VRBO

There are Air BnB/VRBO properties available in Denver, South Denver, Centennial, Highlands Ranch and other areas of Colorado if a larger group all wants to stay together in a house. We are planning to provide transportation to Arrowhead from the hotel and back to the hotel at the end of the night. If you are planning on staying at an Air BnB/VRBO and would like transportation to the wedding and back, please plan on arriving at the hotel no later than 4:40pm on Saturday, as our shuttles will be leaving at 5pm.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel to Arrowhead and Back to Hotel

August 20, 2022 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We will provide transportation on shuttle buses from the hotel to Arrowhead, and back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Shuttles will be leaving the hotel at 5:00pm on Saturday to bring guests to Arrowhead for our ceremony and reception. The shuttle needs to leave at 5:00pm to account for travel time and traffic, so please plan on heading down to meet the shuttle 10-15 minutes before 5:00pm. Shuttles will then be staggered at the end of the evening to bring guests back to the hotel. To make sure we have enough seats for all our guests, please let us know if you will be using the shuttle service on our RSVP page!
