Are Children Invited?

We love your children, but this will be an adult-only event. Please consider this a night out for yourselves and plan on getting a babysitter for your children that evening!

Can I bring a date?

Due to the capacity of our venue we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Cocktail or semi-formal attire. (E.g. suit and tie for men and cocktail dress or short formal dress for women. No jeans please.) Our wedding ceremony will be held on grass and our reception will be on a tented patio. If you are planning on wearing heels, we recommend a low or block heel.

Should I Drive or Uber?

We are providing a shuttle service from the Element Denver Park Meadows hotel to Arrowhead and back to the hotel at the end of the night. We highly encourage you to use this service and RSVP to ride on our RSVP page! Due to our venue being in a state park and the road going in being curvy and not well-lit at night, we highly encourage everyone to use the shuttle services we are providing or schedule a ride with a private car service, as it is difficult to get Ubers and Lyft cars later in the evening at Arrowhead.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Our ceremony starts at 6pm, so please try and arrive by 5:45pm to ensure everyone is seated before we begin!

How Will Altitude Affect Me?

Answer

Coming to Denver, CO means you will be at or above 5,280 ft (a mile above sea level). We encourage everyone to drink lots of water before your trip and especially day-of the wedding! We will have water, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverages available at our wedding and we encourage everyone to have fun and be responsible. Additionally, in most grocery stores (King Soopers, Safeway, etc.) you can purchase cans of oxygen if you are feeling very out of breath or light-headed!
