One of the first people that I met in Tampa, I'm so lucky to have someone like Rochelle in my life. We met in college, and we've been constant friends for over 7 years. For someone who's always moved around a lot in the military world, that's practically a lifetime. We could not be more different, and yet we've somehow been through it all together- from college life, to crazy night life adventures, to our transition into adult teaching life. She's the most dependable kind of friend, the kind that you can call at 2 in the morning, the kind who will evacuate a major hurricane with you, and the kind who will tell you that you "absolutely" should adopt a rescue animal. If you're a friend of mine, you're a friend of hers. Rochelle may have dubbed herself MOH haha but the job was always hers <3

I met Lynia through Rochelle and it's always a good time when the three of us hang out! One of my sweetest friends, Lynia brings a balance to our group that makes for lots of laughs no matter what we all decide to do. So many memories of college include meeting up with Lynia for a night out or going to Primebar for "gooey cake" and drinks. Lynia's reaction when I asked her to be a bridesmaid was one of my favorites, and wedding dress shopping with her was one of the best days of my life. I'm so grateful for our friendship!

I've known Laura for forever, and I just love our friendship! We worked at Victoria's Secret together for years starting back in college, and she always made work so much more fun. I was so honored to be a part of Laura's wedding last April, and we still talk about what a great time her bachelorette trip in Savannah was. One of my favorite things to do ever is meet up with Laura for wine and snacks, because she is always such a great person to talk to. She is the ONLY person that can make signing up for half marathons sound like a good idea, and is always full of such sound advice. Everyone needs a friend like Laura!

Hilary Duncan

Hilary and I co-taught 3rd grade together for two years, and she quickly became my other half! We called ourselves the "Dream Team" because we just simply were. I've never worked so well with another person before, and I feel like I'm teaching without my right arm these days without her! I learned so much about teaching from her, and every day was (and still is!) always made a million times better by her bubbly personality and witty remarks. Hilary has since moved from Tampa, but she's always just a text away. She is such a hilarious and understanding friend, and I cannot wait to have her stand by my side!

Mandy Grifone

Mandy is Andrew's sister, and she is the older sister I always wished that I could have! She and Andrew are so close to one another, and I love how much she deeply cares for him. She is such a kind and genuine person, and I aspire to be able to do my hair and make-up the way that she can (although let's be real, I probably never will be able to!). Mandy is such a fun person to be around, and I can't wait for all that the future has in store for us!
