Where is the wedding?
Answer

What is traffic like in this area?
Answer
Our ceremony will start at 5:30 P.M. With it being a summer Friday evening, guests may wish to arrive early to avoid potentially getting stuck in beach traffic. Clearwater Beach is a very popular location in the summer, and it can sometimes take much longer than anticipated to drive through the area. The hotel does have a nice bar on the lobby floor that guests may wish to relax at before heading upstairs for the ceremony.

What is the attire?
Answer
Semi-formal attire would be most appropriate. While the hotel is located directly on Clearwater Beach, all events will take place indoors to account for Florida's unpredictable summer weather. Cocktail hour will have both an indoor/outdoor option, and guests may wish to use this time to stroll the beach if weather permits!

Please check with the bride or groom if you are unsure. Due to the size of our venue, seating is limited to those names listed on the envelope of the invitation at this time.

Is the Wyndham the only hotel in the area? Are room blocks available?
Answer
We do not have room blocks available, but Clearwater has lots of different hotels to choose from! While guests are welcome to stay at the Wyndham, there are many hotels in the surrounding area including Pier House 60 Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel (directly across the street), the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa (directly next door), and many more. A search on booking.com will show you all of the hotels in the nearby area. Summer weekends can sometimes book quickly, so out of town guests may wish to consider booking in advance to secure a room.
