Royal Lāhainā Resort

The Royal Lāhainā Resort is the destination we're hoping all our guests will choose to stay throughout our wedding weekend! This beautiful ocean-side resort is where we will be hosting our Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Reception and Happily Ever After Pool Party. It's also the shuttle pick-up and drop-off location to/from the Olowalu Plantation House for our wedding ceremony and reception. The Royal Lāhainā has a wide variety of accommodations and we were able to block a number of rooms for our guests at discounted rates (see link below for room rates) for the flexible dates of 7/19/2022 through 7/25/2022. Flight

Kahului Airport (OGG)

We recommend our guests fly into the Kahului Airport (OGG) which is the primary airport on the island of Maui and is approximately is 45 minutes (28 miles) from Royal Lāhainā. If you're planning to travel to Maui from another Hawaiian island, a second option is the Kapalua Airport (JHM) which is a regional private use airport located in West Maui approximately 10 minutes (4.4 miles) from the Royal Lāhainā Resort, however, please note that this airport is served by commercial propeller air carriers and commuter/air taxi aircraft only (http://airports.hawaii.gov/jhm/).

Transportation From/To Airports

If your reservation at the Royal Lāhainā Resort includes a rental car, you will pick up and return your car at the Dollar Rent-A-Car or Alamo Rent-A-Car location at the Kahului Airport on Maui. If you are not sure which rental car company your car is reserved with, you can contact the resort at 800-222-5642 and they'll be happy to help. If you didn't book a rental car through the resort but want/plan to rent a car during your stay, our travel agent Jan McCarley would be happy to help and reserve one for you!
