WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

Answer

Hawaii is one of our favorite places of all time and we wanted to share this beautiful place with you, which is why we've chosen to host our wedding in Maui! We hope you'll extend your trip and explore the Hawaiian Islands, but if that's not possible then we'd hope you arrive in time to attend our Welcome Reception on Thursday, 7/21/22. HOW DO WE GET TO & FROM THE WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

The Royal Lāhainā Resort is the destination we're hoping all our guests will choose to stay at throughout our wedding weekend because it's not only where we will be hosting our Welcome Reception and Happily Ever After Pool Party, but it's also the pick-up & drop-off location of the Shuttle Service we've hired to ensure safe and easy transportation is available for our guests to/from our wedding venue. Shuttles will leave from the Royal Lāhainā Resort promptly at 3:00PM to take you to our ceremony at the Olowalu Plantation House. We ask that you please plan accordingly and be on time. Our reception will conclude at 10:00PM, at which point the Shuttle Service will take you back to the Royal Lāhainā Resort. If you're not staying at the Royal Lāhainā Resort and would prefer alternative transportation to/from the venue, we ask that you make arrangements in advance to travel safely via Uber/Lyft if you plan to consume alcohol (as ride share services can be limited on the island at times).

HOW DO I ACCESS THE LIVE STREAM OF THE CEREMONY IF I CANNOT ATTEND IN-PERSON?

Answer

Our friends and family who wish to attend our ceremony virtually can join us via Zoom using the information below. The live stream will begin at 4:15pm Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on 7/22/2022. Please know that the quality of the connection is dependent on the connection at the venue at the time of our ceremony. We will seek the best possible connection but occasionally the sound or video may lag or freeze up. Mahalo! The Royal Lāhainā Resort is the destination we're hoping all our guests will choose to stay throughout our wedding weekend! This beautiful ocean-side resort is where we will be hosting our Wedding Weekend Events, and it's also the shuttle pick-up and drop-off location to/from the Olowalu Plantation House for our wedding ceremony and reception. The Royal Lāhainā has a wide variety of accommodations and we were able to block a number of rooms for our guests at discounted rates. We have also partnered with a travel agent to help you plan your trip to Maui and support all your travel needs, free of charge!
