In order to ensure there is enough space for everyone, we will be assigning your shuttle pickup time approximately two weeks before the event.
Wedding (Ceremony and Reception)

If you choose not to take the shuttles, please plan to arrive to the venue by no later than 3:45 PM on Sunday, September 4, so you do not miss anything. There is free parking at the venue. You are welcome to arrive as early as 3:00 PM to start celebrating!

Note, the shuttles back to Hood River will likely all be to the Best Western Hood River Inn because people will be leaving at different times.
