What is the best airport to fly into?

Portland International Airport (PDX) is the closest airport to the venue.

Do I need to rent a car while I'm in town?

Answer

That depends on how much you'd like to see while you are up here! Both hotels with room blocks will have a shuttle that comes by to take you to and from the venue, so your need for a car will be mostly dependent on what you want to do while in the area. Portland does have a bus/metro system and Ubers/Lyft are very available, though prices vary depending on how far you want to go and consideration for peak times. If you do not want to rent a car, we recommend staying at the Hayden Island Holiday Inn where the room block is and shuttle will pick you up for the wedding. If you are renting a car, anywhere in Portland is fair game, but the Camas Best Western will also be a shuttle stop if you want to take advantage of that perk.

How can I get to the venue?

Answer

If you are renting a car, you can drive and park in the lower parking lot of the venue. You can also take advantage of the shuttle service we will be providing that will stop at both hotels that have Box/Kaplan Wedding room blocks. The venue is not that close to Portland, so we would not recommend relying on Uber or Lyft.
