Flights: We recommend setting up a flight tracker for Sun Valley (Friedman Memorial Airport) and for Boise to watch for deals on flights. Often, flights from Seattle to Boise are in the $150-$200 range so it is worth looking into that option if you are already planning on renting a car. Driving: Depending on where you're traveling from, driving is also an option. Sun Valley is about 2.5 hours from Boise and 10 hours from Seattle. Lodging: Airbnb or Vrbo are good options if you have a group of friends or family that want to stay together. There are also more budget-friendly hotels in the area, including two Best Western locations.

Friedman Memorial Airport

Fly directly into Sun Valley from Boise, Seattle, or other cities via connecting flights. The Sun Valley airport is located in Hailey, which is about 25 minutes from Ketchum/Sun Valley proper.

Boise International Airport

Another great option for travel is to fly into Boise and drive 2.5 hours to Sun Valley. The Boise airport tends to have more (and less expensive) flights.
