This is a casual open house event.
On Thursday, guests are welcome to come by our backyard anytime from 4-7 for a casual welcome event. We hope this gives folks a chance to reconnect and see familiar and new faces. We’ll have beer, wine, some cocktail fixings and tacos from The Taco Fix outside to get the blood flowing. Note that this won’t be a full dinner so plan accordingly for the evening. Directions and Parking: Driving South on 75, look for the "Cold Springs" neighborhood sign, which will be on your left. Parking is available on the street throughout our neighborhood, but please try to carpool to reduce the amount of vehicles! It's fall in the mountains and we'll be outside. Bring warm jackets!

There's plenty of time before the ceremony for some exploring. We'll circulate a few group ideas as the date gets closer.

Cocktail/Mountain Chic
The Sun Valley Club is located on the golf course, just up the road from the Sun Valley lodge. Parking is available at the club. We have shuttles available: -To the Wedding: shuttlles will pick up guests from the back of the Limelight Hotel at 5:30pm. -From the Wedding: shuttles will run throughout the evening back to the Limelight Hotel. Last shuttle leaves at 10:50pm. Note on kids: Unfortunately, the venue will not have space or seating for kids so we ask that you treat this as a parent's night out. That said, we have a few friends who may need to keep their very new babies close by - please do what is best for you and your little one. There will be a women's locker room designated for the bridesmaids and any new moms who need space for baby feeding, changing, soothing! If you are interested in childcare options, let us know and we can provide a few resources.
