Are flights included?

Answer

No. However, you can have Melda coordinate your flight with ease!

Do I have to stay at the resort selected by the bride and groom?

Answer

It is highly preferred that you book through the travel agent at the selected resort. Each booking helps the group as a whole and could also increase free perks such as special planned events and access for the group. If you book at another resort, you would have to pay for a temporary pass to visit each day with limited time access to festivities. There are morning and evening passes that must be approved. This process can be inconvenient and expensive. For more details on this, talk to Melda the travel agent.

Question

I missed the March deadline! Can I still join the Destination Wedding Trip?

Answer

Yes! While the unbooked rooms from the block have been released, as long as there are rooms on the resort, you can still join the party! You also still get a discount for being a part of the wedding group. Contact Melda ASAP, because Beaches Turks & Caicos always sells out on the weekend and we may not be the only wedding group present.
