ViewPoint's sister hotel is located along the beach of York. We will have a 10% discount available. There are two buildings on the site, one offering great views of the beach across the street. As the name suggests, the hotel is located just a few minutes west of the wedding and reception location (an approximately 6-minute drive or a 30-minute walk).

Inn On the Blues

Conveniently located in the center of York Beach's commercial area. Steps from the beach, steps from the shops. Inn on the Blues is a top tier restaurant offering a comfortable set of rooms in the inn. A shuttle will be provided from this location to the ViewPoint Hotel and back.

The hotel has over 70 rooms spread between the three buildings. The Main Building has 42 nicely appointed guest rooms and suites, many with fireplaces, large rooms for families, and, of course, decks with views overlooking the beach and ocean. The Annex is a 3-story motel-type unit complete with shared porches and a front lawn with unobstructed views of the ocean and beach. In the Meeting House we offer rooms with fireplaces, flat screen TV's, tiled bathrooms and decks overlooking the ocean. Conveniently located in the York commercial district and just a 3 minute walk from the complementary shuttle stop at Inn on the Blues.

For those who would like to explore other travel options, there are many opportunities to consider. Portsmouth, NH is a 20-minute drive from the wedding venue and has a bus stop with connections to Boston, New York, Philadelphia and more. (To explore bus travel, we recommend Wanderu.com.) Amtrak trains travel to Boston from New York and beyond via the Northeast Regional train. The Downeaster train also travels north from Boston to the middle of Maine including a stop in Wells, Maine—which is about 25 minutes north of York and Cape Neddick.
