Sarah & Ganapathy

Wedding Party

Sarah Kinder

Bride

Bridetastic

Ganapathy Sreeramamoorthy

Groom

Groomzilla

Deborah Vierra

Mother of the Bride

My mom has dreamed of my perfect fairy tale wedding ever since she introduced me to Disney and tiaras. But aside from my fairytale ideologies of life, my mom also taught me the value of dedication to the ones you love, and patience to let the chips of life fall in to place on their own time. Working hard to achieve a goal is important, but so is the patience to allow the plans of the universe to play out. And I truly believe this is the reason why I met the man of my dreams later in life, and never settled for less than someone who will love me as hard as my mom taught me to love. I can’t wait to share my wedding with mommy, best friend, and occasional partner in crime. Thank you for instilling in me, the life lessons that lead me to my happily ever after.

Kalaiarasi Sreeramamoorthy

Mother of the Groom

Sarah has big shoes to fill.

Cary Martin

Father of the Bride

When I was 3, you came into my life, and showed me what unconditional love truly is. You took me in as your own, and never made me feel like I was anything but your daughter... Your number 1 daughter. Even when the other two were born, you made doubly sure that my place in your heart never faltered. As I grow into the next chapter of my life, I hope to pass on this legacy, and show my children that blood is not what makes a family - it's love. Thank you for being the daddy I needed you to be for over 30 years. Thank you for teaching me the value of hard work, and determination, and thank you for reminding me to always... always... play that funky music white boy. I love you so much daddy, and I am honored that you will be walking me down the isle to give me away to the man of my dreams.

Sreeramamoorthy S.

Father of the Groom

I have big shoes to fill.

Lynn Kinder

Father of the Bride

I wish he could be here to give me away, but my dad was called to heavens gates before he could walk me down the isle. Even so, I believe that he will still be with me in spirit to give me away to the man of my dreams. Between weird gadgets, electronics, and their strange desire to live off the land (a concept to which I will never understand), I know that if he were here, my dad would have given my husband to be his highest approval. (Daddy, I met the man of my dreams, and he has promised to love, honor, and cherish me forever. You don't need to worry about your little girl, I'm happy now, and it's my turn to be a parent.) Although he won't be with us physically, he will still be with us in spirit, and in our hearts forever. Rest in peace, daddy, I love you eternally.

Dylan Nikkel

Officiant

Dylan was there when I fell crazy in love with Ram! And after meeting him, he understood why I would get apeshit when talking about him! He was there when I was a single lady, and also when Ram put a ring on it. He knows how irreplaceable I am, so he tries to encourage Ram to never make me a broken hearted girl, but to always put my love on top, and to treat our relationship like a gift from Virgo. When I told Dylan that I had to move, he was speechless, but still, he gave me the green light, and advised me to get in formation and say hello to being a grown woman. As I move on from being just me, myself, and I, in my 6in heels, flaws and all, I am so excited for Dylan to guide Ram and I into our happily ever after as our wedding Officiant. You could run the world...Dylan.

Natalie Branstetter

Maid of Honor

Natalie and I became besties over a Beyoncé CD when we worked at Target in 2006. We were zoning an endcap, and I was like "hey, have you heard Beyoncé’s new album?" and she was like "Omg, B-day slaps so hard!" and from that moment, we became BFFs. (Honestly, my life would have turned out very different if she hated Beyoncé). As time went by, we made a decision: All men aside, that we would be each other’s soulmates... and like a good soulmate, when Ram told me he had to move, Natalie encouraged me to follow my heart, and go with him. Again, my life would be very different if I didn’t have her to encourage me, and I am so fortunate to have a friend who knows me well enough to know that he was who I needed. I’m so honored that she is my best friend, and now, my maid of honor.

Prasanna Balaji

Best Man

Prasanna is my best friend, and now my best man! He was the first person who knew I was dating Sarah, and our special day wouldn't be complete without his blessing. I'm so happy he will be by my side when I marry the woman of my dreams.

Carrie Kinder

Matron of Honor

Carrie is essentially the matriarch of our family and her home no matter how chaotic, is always open for friends and family to gather. Through the years, she and I have shared a deep bond of sisterhood and I would be completely lost without her guidance and love in my life. She shows me tough love when I need it, and isn't afraid to tell me when I'm being too extra (although it really doesn't stop me). I am so fortunate that the universe put this amazing woman in my family's life. She is the literal definition of super mom, and there isn't a thing she can't do! My special day would not be complete without her entire family involved, and her complete blessing on my marriage. I love you Carrie! I am so excited that you will be standing beside me on my wedding day!!!

Adam Kinder

Groomsman

Adam is Sarah's older brother, and my hairstyle bro. He and Sarah have an amazing relationship, and his role in her life is very important. I'm excited that he will be one of my groomsman, and look forward to sharing our day with him and his family.... literally his entire family is in our wedding. If Sarah and I don’t show up, he can just marry Carrie again, and no one will be any wiser.

Becky Baize

Bridesmaid

Becky is my little sister and literally my A1 since Day1 - literally, ever since she was born, she was my favorite sister...until Annie was born...and then I had two favorite sisters :). But aside from being my kid sister, she is my life coach, a best friend, a mediator, and my eternal voice of reason when my inner glitter gets the best of me (although she also enables that same glitter). I'm a better person in my relationship with my fiance because her maternal nature has guided me through some of the toughest patches in my life, and I am eternally grateful for her being there for those moments. Aside from all that... she is my Hallyu guru, K-pop master, and K-beauty professor. Ram is so happy that we love Kpop so much. #IPurpleYou <3

Anandhan Alagar

Groomsman

Sarah used to go to Arizona to visit family for long periods of time, and during that time, Anandhan would come over and we would cook and watch movies. Basically what I'm trying to say is our bromance grew in Sarah's absence. So, now he's in my wedding... and if Sarah doesn't show up, then Anandhan gets to take her spot.

Kelley Allen

Bridesmaid

Although Kelley is my cousin, I see her more as a sister. We have done, and been through so much over our lifetime #cancun2003, that it is hard to see her as extended family. The only thing that could separate us when we were growing up, was distance. When she moved to North Carolina, I was devastated, but it also gave me a reason to travel 2000+ miles and explore the east coast! Each visit was an adventure of our own making, and when I planned to move to MD 2 years ago, she made sure the adventure continued even when I was struggling with leaving my family behind in Arizona. She and her family inspire Ram and I to be the best versions of ourselves, and raise a family with the same values she instills in her son. I'm so lucky she's my cousin, and thrilled that she will be in my wedding!

James Allen

Groomsman

James is dope! Whenever Sarah and I go to visit, he always puts us in a food coma before we go anywhere. His wife and Sarah are basically the same person, so he understands what I'm getting myself into. He's one of the coolest guys I know, and being his cousin-in....law? Is a huge perk to marrying Sarah

Juliane Cruz

Bridesmaid

From speaking Whale to turning into a flamingo at the sight of shrimp ramen, Juliane never disappoints me. She and I met when we worked at target together, and over the years, she became one of my best friends. Juliane is the friend who, when I say "I'm stuck in Mexico, I need you to come get me", she's in her car with her passport ready to save the day (even though it was a prank). She deserves a cape for all the times she has saved my ass in real life though. Along with Natalie, all men aside, she and I are soulmates in every meaning of the term. Her loyalty to her loved ones and the love she spreads is unparalleled to anything I could even dream of in a friend. I'm so fortunate to have her in my life, and by my side during the most important day of my life. I love you Sacrejoo <3

William Joseph Thomas

Groomsman

Billy was my first friend in the United States, and we bonded over beer, the difference between football and football, and why I should call him billy instead of William (which I still don’t understand). Anyway, we’re friends now, and he’s in my wedding.

Zoe Sarabo-Jackson

Bridesmaid

Zoe and I met in College at ASU, and became fast friends. Later, we both joined Alpha Omega Eta African Sorority, Inc. together, and she became somewhat of a life mentor to me. We have seen each other through so much over the years - love, marriage, babies, business ventures, heartache, failures, loss, the list goes on...but no matter where our lives take us, and what path destiny has in store for us, we remain the best of friends and I can't imagine getting married without this gorgeous Wanawake by my side. KeeeeeeeeeeeeETA!

Pradeep Palanisamy

Groomsman

Pradeep and I knew each other in India, and lived together for a year in Texas but never spoke. It wasn’t until after we split up that our bromance grew.

Gillian Kelly

Bridesmaid

Ok, Along with Becky, Gillian is also a K-pop master. She and my sister used to work together, and one day she just showed up at my house with craft supplies, pizza, and brownie bites (Or it may have been cookies...The details are a bit fuzzy), and from that moment, she became a forever friend. She is more crafty than my entire family combined (seriously, she's an art teacher), and there isn't anything she can't imagine, and make a reality. Our Disney bounds would be absolute garbage without her. But on a more serious note, she has a keen sense to read between the lines and can tell when anyone is down, and always knows just the thing to pull you out of a slump. She is the amazing friend everyone needs in their life, and I'm the lucky girl, who gets to have her in my wedding. #streammono

Annie Martin

Groomswoman

Annie is actually Sarah's sister, but also became one of my very close friends when she came to live with us in Maryland. She has always been the biggest cheerleader for our relationship, so I stole her from the bridal party to stand up with me.

Avery Kinder

Flower Girl

Avery is the ultimate go-getter! She loves to read, and gets excited about learning new things and testing out science experiments! Her favorite color is purple, and she loves Ever After High, cool clothes, and fashionable accessories! We can all look forward to her fun dance moves during the reception, as she is sure to find herself at the center of everyone's attention. <3

Benjamin Kinder

Ring Bearer

Benjamin is Sarah's Nephew and at 2 years old, you can expect your heart to melt from his cuteness. He is super smart, loves to jump and climb, and he's a sucker for Mickey Mouse and Curious George. You can find him walking down the aisle with his brother in tow to present Auntie Sarah and Ramalamadingdong with their wedding rings.

Hayden Kinder

Flower Girl

Hayden is the ultimate fashionista! Her favorite color is orange, and she loves unicorns, fairies, and anything that glitters. We can all expect her to steal the show at our wedding, and can't wait to see her take to the floor to dance the night away.

Harvey Kinder

Ring Bearer

Harvey is Sarah's other twin nephew! He is two years old, and if you tell him to give you fancy eyes, you may not make it through the night. He is basically a genius child, and loves Curious George. In fact, he even told his mommy that he wants to go live with George one day, probably because he is super curious himself. We all get to witness his cuteness as he brings the rings to the bride and groom with his brother on our special day!

Michael Herrera

Usher

The Venue told us that we needed someone with really great hair and a great personality to usher guests into the wedding, and this dashing young fellow was our first choice (and really the only person who fulfilled both requirements). The first collective friend of both the bride and groom (but mostly the bride), Michael holds a special place in our hearts, and we are so happy that he will be a part of our special day.
