What is the date and time of the wedding?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We would recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early, but not too early, because if you know the bride and groom, the wedding will likely start late. (it can't be helped)

The reception will end at 10pm

When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP no later than April 5th 2019

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Absolutely! If you do not see this option on your RSVP, text Sarah Kinder 480-528-8737 with the first and last name of your date and we will get your guest added.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open beer and wine bar with a signature beverage, but it is not a full open bar.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! We should tell you that there is a large staircase leading to the reception hall, and it will not be gated off.

Will there be parking available?

Yes! There is a large parking lot in front of the venue.

We recommend flying into PHX - Sky Harbor International Airport

I am coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

We have added Hotel Room blocks in the "Travel" section of the site. Simply follow the links under the hotel information to be directed to the block with our discounted wedding rates.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Formal cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered through Zola, Amazon, and Bed Bath and Beyond. Just go to "registry" on the site, and it will take you to our registry pages. The site will automatically take you to our Zola registry, and to see our additional registries, select "OTHER REGISTRIES" at the top of the page.

What kind of food will be served?

We will be serving a South Indian Cuisine with vegetarian options. We will also have American dishes for those who would like other options.

Will last names be changing after the wedding?

Answer

Not Immediately. Sarah will change her last name to Sreeramamoorthy, but due to our international travel plans, it will not happen until 2020.

Question

I heard there is also going to be a wedding in India in September. Am I invited to that also?

Answer

Yes! In addition to our wedding in Arizona, we will be having a traditional wedding in Chennai, India. All of our guests invited to our state-side wedding, are also invited to our wedding in Chennai in September. We will have a separate website for our traditional wedding posted shortly.
