We’re so excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend, and we want to ensure that everyone has the best experience possible! The Renaissance Legacy West Hotel, where we’ve planned our Welcome Party and Farewell Brunch, has filled up quickly, and space is now limited. This hotel is where the wedding party and majority of our family is staying. We've also arranged a convenient shuttle transportation between the hotel and the nearby venue, so you can enjoy every moment without any hassle. Due to the high demand, we will be sending out booking links to those who have been selected to stay at the Renaissance Legacy West. Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center

For many of our friends and coworkers, we've reserved a block of rooms at the Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center, located just across the street from the Renaissance Legacy West. This hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay as we’ve arranged a shuttle transportation between the hotel and the nearby venue, so you can enjoy every moment without any hassle. The Marriott is an excellent option with easy access to all the wedding festivities (the hotel offers a shuttle bus between 7am - 10pm within a 3-mile radius, on a first come, first served basis), and we're excited to have you stay there. We’ll be sending out the booking link and specific details for those who will be staying at this hotel, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox! We can’t wait to celebrate with you all weekend long!

Daily Transportation

We’re so excited that you’ll be joining us! For our out-of-town guests flying in, renting a car is a great option, but definitely not necessary. The DFW metroplex is very ride-share friendly, with services like Alto, Lyft, and Uber making it easy to get around. If you're arriving on Friday or Saturday and leaving on Sunday, the Renaissance hotel is conveniently located just a 30-minute Uber ride from either DFW or Love Field Airport. It’s the perfect spot for your stay, with plenty of dining, shopping, and local attractions right at your doorstep. For those of you arriving a bit earlier on Thursday, April 24th, for our House Party, we’ll be gathering in Sherman, TX—about 75 miles north of DFW Airport. We highly recommend renting a car for this leg of the trip. Pro tip: If you're driving to Sherman, be sure to make a pit stop at Buc-ee’s—it's a true Texas experience you won't want to miss!

Traverse between the Renaissance Hotel, Marriott Hotel, and the Hall of Lights

We’ve got you covered with transportation between the Renaissance Legacy West Hotel, the Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center and the Hall of Lights venue. There will be two shuttles provided by Premiere Transportation that will be running occasionally from the hotel to-and-from the venue, perfect for when you need to swap out those dancing shoes or take a little break. The ride is a quick 10 minutes, so you can keep the party going without a hitch.

DFW Airport

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is a major hub offering excellent connectivity, making it the most convenient choice for guests traveling to our wedding. Located just 20-30 minutes from our venue, DFW provides easy access to hotels, transportation, and local attractions. With numerous airlines serving DFW, including American Airlines, Delta, Southwest, United, and international carriers like British Airways and Lufthansa, you’ll find plenty of flight options to suit your schedule. The airport also boasts modern amenities, dining, shopping, and a variety of ground transportation options for a smooth travel experience. We recommend flying into DFW for its central location and ease of access—making your trip to our celebration stress-free and enjoyable!

Lovefield Airport

Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is another convenient option for guests traveling to our wedding. Located just 10-15 minutes from our venue, Love Field offers easy access to downtown Dallas, hotels, and local attractions. While smaller than DFW, Love Field is well-connected and services a variety of major domestic airlines, including Southwest Airlines, Delta, and Alaska Airlines. It's known for a more relaxed, less crowded experience, with quicker check-in and security lines compared to larger airports. We highly recommend Love Field for its close proximity to our wedding events and its hassle-free, more intimate airport experience!
