Starting at $399/night Reservations for all guests must be received on or before April 24th of 2026 (the “Cutoff Date”). After the Cutoff Date, the hotel will release any unreserved rooms for general sale and, at the hotel’s discretion, will accept additional reservations at the then current retail rate, based upon availability.

Starting at $329/night Guests can also call 1-800-HILTONS and reference the room block name (Brosnan/Hainline Wedding Room Block) over those dates. The cutoff date for the room blocks is Friday, April 24, 2025 at 11:59pm. At that time, any rooms not booked will go back into the general hotel inventory and the hotel can no longer guarantee availability or the block rate.

Starting at $309/night Reservations must be received by 04/15/2026; thereafter, reservations will be taken on a space available basis only, at best available rate.

We are lucky to have so many adorable nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends in our circle! Children are welcome at the ceremony, but our reception will be child-free. Do you need childcare? This agency was recommended by our day of coordinator.
