Will there be food options for guests with varying food preferences?
Answer
Absolutely. On your RSVP, there will be an option to enter food allergies/restrictions.

Is there parking located at our venue?
Answer
There is a maximum of 30 parking spots available in a designated parking area. We highly encourage all guests to utilize our shuttle service unless driving your own vehicle is necessary. The reason for this is because the road to Gorge Crest Vineyards is not well lit, narrow and runs directly parallel to the river. We want everyone to have a good time and to also be safe. More shuttle information coming shortly! Please note there are no ride shares in the Hood River/White Salmon area. If you need to take your car, please send us an email so we can ensure there are enough parking spots for everyone.

Will there be phone service at Gorge Crest Vineyards?

Yep! There will be phone service at our venue.
Question
I have children, can they come to the wedding?
Answer
With the exception of the flower girl and ring bearer, the wedding is adults-only (21+). If sourcing childcare is an issue, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!

Is the wedding venue handicap accessible?
Answer
Yes. While the road is a dirt road, it is leveled and the shuttle or your car can drive straight up to the venue itself in order to limit walking farther than needed. If you are taking a car and need to be dropped off right at the venue, let us know and we can make sure this gets done! For reference, the parking lot is roughly 50 steps from the venue.

Will there be gender-neutral bathrooms?
Answer
We are going to do our very best to provide gender neutral restrooms, although we have not secured a restroom vendor at this time. More on this soon!
Question
Are there ride shares (Uber, Lyft, etc.) in the Hood River Valley?
Answer
As of now, there are no ride shares in the Hood River/White Salmon area. We recommend using our wedding shuttle service to get to and from the wedding and car-pooling or renting a car for the remainder of the weekend.
Question
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding, weather permitting, will be completely outdoors. If there is rain or smoke, we have the option to move the wedding indoors. Typically, the Hood River Valley is at its highest temperature around 4 or 5pm in the summertime and gets chilly in the evening. While blankets will be available for folks, we highly recommend bringing a coat for after sunset. Sunglasses and/or a hat is a must for our venue spot. More details on appropriate attire coming soon!
