What time is the ceremony actually starting?

Answer

We are looking to begin the ceremony at 5:30pm sharp and ask that guests arrive at the venue at 5pm to have plenty of time to settle in.

Do you have any hotel wedding blocks for this wedding?

Answer

Yes We do! Here is a list of three hotels with wedding blocks and some additional hotels nearby. There are a lot of other hotels and motels in the area, so please feel free to look online. If you are booking rooms in a wedding block, please do so ASAP, as they will fill up fast. How do I confirm my attendence for the wedding?

Answer

Follow the RSVP information on your mailed invite. Click the RSVP header at the top of the ZOLA webpage. Type your name and click either "Attending or "Not Attending" Thank you for doing this correctly, and not being afraid of technology. We will not open this feature up until we send out the invitations

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Time to call in that favor with the in-laws, or maybe your 3 year old is self sufficient at home. Either way, no children will be allowed at the wedding that are not in the wedding party. This is your night off. Enjoy it.

What happens when my sweet moves ignite a fire on the dance floor?

Answer

Fire extinguishers are located on the premises, just make sure there is floor left for the rest of us.

Can I get you something as a gift that is not on the registry?

Answer

We encourage you to look at the variety of options on our Zola registry (which will be up soon), and there will be a gift box located in the venue for cards and envelopes.

Question

Will your wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both. The ceremony and the cocktail hour will be outside. You will be encouraged to walk around the grounds during the early evening. We will then be inside an air conditioned reception space for eating and dancing and overall merriment. You will always have the option to go outside at your convenience during the night.
