Travel Note
Philadelphia is an old city – like most of the major ones on the east coast it was built before the car was invented. This means that there’s always horrible traffic and parking is far from plentiful since the streets are narrow and laid out for pedestrians. Be not afraid. There are a number of ways to alleviate the stress of travel and streamline your movement. Just click the "View" button below.

Keywords are “Fishtown” “Northern Liberties” “Olde Kensington” “Port Richmond” “Ludlow” We recommend this option because it’s really easy for a group of say 6 to find somewhere where everyone can shack up with enough bathrooms for prep and still be within walking distance of the venue. The MAAS Building is located in a neighborhood named Olde Kensington which is physically adjacent to Rachel and Tom’s neighborhood – Fishtown. After the wedding there may be a social push from the bride to go out in Fishtown – suits and dresses and all. If you’re thinking you may join the post-wedding festivities it might be in your best interest to get a room close to the venue.
Travel Note
The MAAS Building's address is 1320 N 5th St, Philadelphia, PA 19122. If you are coming from the hotel: There will be a shuttle to and from the venue. If you are driving yourself there: It's located in a residential neighborhood and there is no onsite parking. However in the streets around it and the Cruz Recreation Center there is ample 24/7 street parking on 5th, 6th, 7th, Jefferson and Master Street. It's best to carpool. If you are not driving yourself: You can rideshare or head over on foot. Tom and Rachel will be hoofing it.
