16th-century building housing some of the most famous Renaissance paintings & masterpieces. Tour recommended (book in advance).
Basilica of Santa Croce
Neo-Gothic Franciscan church known for its Giotto frescoes, plus tombs of Michelangelo & Galileo. Beautiful church with the Jewish Star of David on the front facade.
Synagogue and Jewish Museum of Florence
Beautiful synagogue and jewish museum that was built in 1882!

Take a taxi or walk up for a beautiful sunset overlooking the city! Pro tip: bring a bottle of wine to enjoy! If you go at sunrise, you can catch the hot air balloons take off too :)
