our final planning meeting is February 3 with final numbers due very shortly after that please make sure that your RSVP is updated no later than February 3. Of course we understand life changes so please just let us know.

Question

What time is everything?

Answer

From a preliminary call, our understanding is that anyone who’s coming on board will need to arrive about 930 at Port Canaveral. You’ll have to go through customs like you were going on the cruise, about 10-10:30 AM. We know this is early. We will have a bagel breakfast for everyone when you arrive. Because of customs and everything please make sure that you arrive on time as everyone has to be escorted on. please just let me know if you have any questions about this arriving or anything like that so I can relay any information needed. This is unusual and I totally understand. It can be confusing.

Question

Where do non-sailing guests park and is there a fee?

Answer

Non-sailing guests can park in employee parking. There will be no fee for this. If you park in passenger parking there is $21 fee.

Question

How will this work?

Answer

Royal Caribbean will be escorting our guests who not sailing up to the sky lounge. You will need to pass through customs for this, so please arrive on time as they might not let you on other wise. You will go through security and a day before you will get an email/text with a barcode to get on the ship. You will also need your Drivers license. Children will need a birth certificate as you will go through customs again getting off. You will be escorted both on and off the ship.
