Schedule

We are setting sail. Our weekend will start with our ceremony onboard the Explorer of the Seas with Royal Caribean. This will start at 11 AM. After this, we will enjoy a cocktail hour on board. To finish the afternoon off there will be a luncheon and reception before those who are not cruising with us depart at 2:30 PM.

FOR NON SAILING GUESTS: Please park in the employee lot as that will be free of charge, parking in the public garage will charge a fee of $21 per day. You will be emailed/texted a barcode that will be needed to get into parking and on the boat.

Bagel Breakfast

Aboard Ship Ceremony

12:00 pm - 12:30 pm

This event will aboard the ship before we set sail. We want you to be comfortable, but still semi formal.

If you are not sailing, you will be allowed to park in the employee lot. Please send Rachel your DOB and Drivers license number as we must provide it to the port to get you your day pass. We will have a cocktail hour and luncheon following the ceremony with a celebration before departure at 2:30 PM.

Reception

12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Join us after our ceremony for cocktail hour and a luncheon. All non-sailing guest must leave the boat by 2:30.

Please contact our travel advisor Misty to book you cabin. This will add you to our group code which allow us to have a dinner with all our friends and family during our special trip. Of course anyone is welcome to join the cruise, but please note we might have to limit ceremony invites due to capacity limits.
