When should I plan to arrive / depart?

Answer

Our wedding festivities begin on Saturday, April 30 with Avie's Pool Party and our welcome event, Tastes + Toasts. Our wedding takes place on Sunday, May 1 so guests should plan to depart on Monday, May 2. See Schedule tab for more info.

Can I rely on Uber/Lyft while in Julian, CA?

Answer

**NO** THERE IS NO UBER/LYFT IN JULIAN. Julian is about 3 hours southeast of Los Angeles and 1 hour east of San Diego. (Rest assured we’ll keep you company on the drive with a fun road trip playlist!) If you’re flying in, we recommend renting a car for the weekend. The entire town of Julian is about 7 sq miles, which means all wedding events will be in very close proximity, but you will need a car to get around.

How do I get To / From the wedding venue?

Please plan to drive yourself To and From the wedding venue (or appoint a designated driver). Complementary valet parking will be provided and a small security team will ensure your vehicle's safety all evening.

May I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

We love you and all of your children, but we are trying to keep our wedding small. We invite our guests to join us for an Adults-only (18+) Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Will all wedding guests be vaccinated?

Above all, we care about your health and safety. We kindly request that all guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend our wedding.
