If you would like to meet face to face with Samantha, she recommends you call to make an appointment as this AAA gets very busy, especially on Saturdays. Airfare & Room Pricing Due Dates & Details

No matter what the price of the room/airfare, the travel agency requires a deposit of $200 per person booking ($400 per couple) at the time of booking. This deposit ensures that the price and airfare of the room are "locked in" and will not change. The full payment is due the first week in November. Please keep in mind that in order to guarantee that you will have a King size bed in your room (if you so wish) that you must pick the Preferred Club Suite with King Bed when booking with Samantha. Otherwise, you may request a king size bed, but are not guaranteed it. If you have questions about this, please talk to Samantha :)
