When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner you can commit to coming to our wedding and RSVPing through the website and the travel agent the better! If you are planning on attending and RSVP so, and for whatever reason can not make the wedding, please let us know at least 3 months prior to the wedding date (October 7, 2019).

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please see the tab "Registry". We are registered on Zola & Amazon. Both feature free shipping and exchanges! A few of Rachel & Jim's top favorite gifts are marked "Our Most Wanted" on Zola, but there are plenty of great gifts on Amazon too!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal (the wedding, cocktail hour, and reception will take place on the beach!) Ideas: Gentlemen: khakis and button down shirt (jacket and tie optional) Ladies: dresses or jumpsuits (heels not recommended)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

When you choose to arrive at the resort is entirely up to you! We will be having large group "events" in some of the restaurants and bars a few days leading up to the wedding that we'd love to see you at! One of the reasons we wanted to do a destination wedding was to give our family and closest friends a great opportunity to relax and enjoy a vacation as well as provide time for everyone to get to know each other. As for the wedding day, guests will receive an itinerary for all the wedding festivities when you arrive in your room!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids of all ages are welcome both to the wedding and at the resort!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The wedding menu will have a large selection of many different kinds of food, so any allergies can be easily accommodated for.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
