Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
The most cost-efficient airport for out of town guests will likely be SeaTac. This airport is roughly 2.5 hours away from Leavenworth, so a rental car will be needed to travel to the venue. Feel free to get in touch if you have questions! We encourage carpooling with other guests if possible, although the venue has plenty of parking available.

Pangborn Memorial Airport
The Wenatchee airport is closer to the venue than SeaTac. Most flights will route through SeaTac if you select this option, but you will save a small amount of time driving. We encourage you to choose whichever airport is most convenient and affordable for you! Please note that the Wenatchee airport is still a 60 minute drive from the venue.

A majority of our guests will be able to stay at the venue. We have reserved all of the onsite lodging and would like as many of you as possible to stay with us for the weekend, but understand if you would rather get a hotel room in town or an Airbnb. Lodging includes some cabins, a small number of private rooms, some shared rooms (3-4 people), and loft spaces that accommodate 8-12 people. Lodging for the full weekend (Friday and Saturday nights) will be $125 per person total, to be paid upon check-in. While we would love for everyone to stay with us, we will be assigning lodging on a first-come, first-served basis, so please RSVP early to ensure you will be onsite. We will confirm lodging details and room assignments with folks individually. Please note that you may be roomed with other guests. One of the lodges also has a small lawn which can accommodate a limited number of tents. Cost per person is $25 for the weekend. If you are interested in this option, please get in touch.
