What's the deal with the lodging?

Answer

We chose this venue because we wanted to have a wedding weekend with our family and friends. We would love for as many of you to stay with us for the weekend as possible, but we understand if you prefer to stay offsite at one of Leavenworth's hotels or an Airbnb. Just let us know when you RSVP.

What do I do about food for the weekend?

Answer

Please see the Schedule page for full details on planned activities. Leavenworth and the (small, but closer) town of Plain have a lot of dining options (including restaurants, breweries, wineries, and a full grocery store). All of the cabins and lodges onsite are equipped with full kitchens or a kitchenette.

Can I bring my own alcohol? Is smoking allowed?

Answer

We understand our venue is unique, so we want to provide you with as much information as possible. You cannot bring your own alcohol to the ceremony/reception. You can have whatever alcohol you would like in individual lodges and cabins. Tobacco products are allowed in certain areas of the venue. Anything else is NOT allowed, legal or otherwise. Please respect the rules of our venue.

Are pets allowed?

Answer

While we love our friends' furry friends, they aren't allowed at the venue. If you wish to bring your pet, you will have to reserve offsite lodging and leave them there, or leave them at home.
